The transformation of Gaia into a Benefit Corporation represents the continue of our commitment to orienting our company growth according to an organizational and business model which, in addition to pursuing economic results, measures success through objectives linked to environmental and social impact.
Our commitment will be constant in reconciling economic growth with respect for people, the environment and the territories in which we operate, based on principles of ethics, transparency and responsibility, with the aim of creating shared value, contributing actively and responsible for the progress of society and the protection of the planet.
